      1. The Website (http://www.LetzShop.hk) is operated and managed by South China Morning Post Publishers Limited (hereinafter called “SCMP”/”Our Company”/”We”).
      2. By using the Website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, and the provisions of our Privacy Policy. Please read these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy carefully before accessing or using our Website.

      1.  "Business Day" means a day from 9:30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. in Hong Kong, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, gazetted public holidays, the period when typhoon signal no .8 or above is hoisted or a red or black rainstorm warning signal is issued;
      2. "Platform" means collectively South SCMP Apps and Website, including http://www.LetzShop.hk and any other websites or applications which we may own, operate or use from time to time (if applicable) to sell the Products, each of which shall be described as a "Platform”;
      3. "Contract"means your Order of a Product or Products in accordance with these Terms and Conditions which you accept;
      4. “Intellectual Property” including, without limitation, all patents, trademarks, rights in domain names, rights in designs, copyright and database rights (whether registered or not and any applications to register or rights to apply for registration of any of the foregoing), rights in confidential information and all other intellectual property rights of a similar or corresponding character which may subsist now or in the future in any part of the world.
      5. "Order"means the Order submitted by you to the Platform to purchase a Product from us;
      6. "Order Confirmation"means our email to you, in which we acknowledge your Order in accordance with Clause 6.2 below;
      7. "Customer"means any individual who places an Order on the Platform;
      8. “SCMP” means individually and collectively South China Morning Post Publishers Limited and/or its ultimate holding company(ies), holding company(ies), subsidiaries, affiliates and subsidiaries of each of such ultimate holding company(ies) and holding company(ies);
      9. “Hong Kong” means the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China;

"Clauses"are to clauses of these Terms and Conditions;Headings are for ease of reference only and shall not affect the interpretation or construction of the Terms and Conditions;Words imparting the singular shall include the plural and vice versa. Words imparting a gender shall include every gender and references to persons shall include an individual, company, corporation, firm or partnership;"includes" or "including" or like words or expressions shall mean without limitation;

      12. "delivery Confirmation"means our email to you, in which we acknowledge the delivery in accordance with clause 8.2 below;

By using the services or placing an Order you are making a statement (upon which we are entitled to rely), that you are aged 18 years or above and capable of forming a legally binding contract.       1. All material and information relating to Products presented by LetzShop.hk on the Website is intended to be used for reference only. The statements made about the Products have not been evaluated by any governmental or regulatory authority.
      2. The Product statements or descriptions are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition or disease. Product claims or descriptions on this Website have been provided to us by relevant brand owners or pursuant to customers’ reviews. We have not independently verified such claims or descriptions and it does not constitute or imply our endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation.
      3. The Products should be used strictly in accordance with Products’ instructions, precautions and guidelines. The Products are not guaranteed to have the same results to everyone. You should always check the ingredients of the Products to avoid potential allergy or other adverse reactions.
      4. This Website is solely an online platform for specialty beauty and lifestyle products which should not be served as substitutes for professional medical advice.       1. There is no contract between us before we accept your Order (means before you receive the Order Confirmation from us). If the payment has been deducted, we reserve the right to cancel the Order and refund the payment to you through the payment method you used.
      2. You should follow the purchase procedure to submit an Order. After you add the Products into the shopping cart on the Website, please click "Checkout" and provide us with the required information to submit the Order. Once completed, you will receive an Order Confirmation from us.
      3. Once the Order is accepted, we will send you an Order Confirmation email. The contract between you and us is only formed after we have sent you an Order Confirmation. If your Order contains multiple items, these items may be delivered to you in individual packages at different times.
      4. Unless otherwise noted, we are not a seller or supplier of Products. We are responsible for managing the Website, arranging the Order processing and completing the delivery of the Products you have ordered from the supplier through our Website.

      6. When you place an Order, it means you purchase the Products at the specified price. You cannot cancel an Order once it has been submitted, even if our acceptance or rejection to your Order is still pending.
      7. We reserve our right not to accept or cancel an Order for any reasons at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:
        1. no sufficient stock to deliver the Products you have ordered;
        2. no delivery can be arranged for your area; or
        3. one or more of the Products you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a human or computer error or an error in the pricing information provided by the supplier.
      8. In the event that we cancel an Order, we will notify you by e-mail and a refund of any amount that we have deducted from your account will be made to you within thirty(30) days from the date of your Order. You agree that we do not need to make any compensation to you due to the cancellation of your Order.
      9. You may be subject to the terms and conditions provided by the manufacturer or the supplier of the Products ordered by you.

      1. We will use all reasonable endeavours to display accurately and up to date the prices on our Website but we reserve the right to change the price and other information of the Products without notice.
      2. The Products and prices displayed on this Website are for references only, and the information and prices should be based on the time of actual transactions. The Product price does not include any taxes and fees. All taxes and fees (if any) must be borne by you.
      3.  We only accept payment methods offered by our Platform (including payments made by Visa, MasterCard and AlipayHK and PayMe provided by QFPay) All Orders are settled in Hong Kong dollars. When you place an Order, it means that you authorise us to accept your payment of the Product with the price the Product is sold at the time when we accept your order, with the payment method specified by you.
      4. We use third-party payment services to process online transactions. When you place an Order, you agree and accept that your credit card information will be collected, processed, and kept by us and a payment service provider subject to its terms and conditions. You agree and accept that you are solely and exclusively responsible for any losses incurred or sustained by you in making credit card transactions, and in no event shall any such losses in whole or in part be borne by us.
      5. We do not collect or keep your credit card information. If you choose to save your credit card information for express checkout, you agree and accept that the information will be encrypted and stored by the third party payment service providers.
      6. We reserve the right to change the payment terms for any Order without prior notice.


      All Products can be delivered or picked up in the following ways:
      Delivery fee prepaid - SF Stores / self-appointed address
      1. Delivery fee will be added into your overall payment when you checkout except the merchant direct order.
      2. After LetzShop/Seller has shipped the Product, you will receive delivery Confirmation email You may check the latest status of the shipment of the Product through our Tracking Code service.
      3. You agree and authorize us to transfer your information provided for the purchase of a Product (including name, contact number and delivery address, payment information, etc.,) to any supplier, manufacturer, logistics company who provides logistics service(s).
      4. Delivery dates may be affected by different countries’ and regions’ suppliers or logistics problems, which may cause delays in arriving in Hong Kong. We will try our best to assist, but not guarantee that there will be no delay.
      5. If we reasonably believe to be unable to meet our estimated delivery date, we will notify you if feasible and let you choose whether to continue the purchase and rearrange delivery date. To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
      6. Our logistics company or merchart direct order does not provide delivery service on non-Business Days.
      7. In case the Products are returned to us due to incorrect delivery information provided by customers, customers’ failure to respond to repeated attempts of contact by logistics providers, customers’ unreasonable rejection of Products, customers’ failure to collect the Products within time or customers’ rejection of accepting SF Locker (if applicable) as the second choice of delivery address etc., the additional administration costs, re-arrangement charges or penalty from the logistics providers incurred therefrom shall be borne by the customers.
      8. We currently do not make deliveries to remote areas and outer islands, and buildings without elevator facilities. We reserve the right to decline delivery at our sole discretion. You agree and accept that you will collect your ordered Product from the third party logistic company or.merchant direct service. Under no circumstances will we accept cancellation of order or refund. Additional cost will be imposed (Pay on delivery) if the third-party logistics company or merchant direct order makes deliveries to remote areas and outer islands, and buildings without elevator facilities. There will not be any delivery service for other outer islands.
      9. You will become the owner and bear the risk of the Product you have ordered when we or our supplier have sent out the Product We will not be liable for any loss or damage of the Product thereafter.
      10. Additional delivery fee will be charged if the Order payment (after using promotion code) is less than the spending level eligible for free delivery.
      11. Different Products may have different delivery time/regional restrictions. Please read the information indicated on the Product page carefully.
      12. You may occasionally experience delays in delivery for reasons such as a high volume of Orders being received by LetzShop during sale periods, holidays and special circumstances (e.g. bad weather) or the occurrence of other unforeseen circumstances.
      13. Risk of damage to or loss of the products shall pass to you at the time of delivery, or, if you wrongfully fail to take delivery of the products, at the time when we have tendered delivery of the products. We will not be liable for the loss.

      1. Unless otherwise required by law or under special circumstances, no return or replacement of Products will be accepted once sent out or delivered.
      2. We will assist you to claim from the logistics company if the Product is damaged or missed due to the logistics company’s mistake during delivery, but we accept no responsibility or liability for your loss. We will try our best to ensure the integrity and safety of the package, but it is inevitable that the appearance of the Products may be affected by accidents during delivery.
      3. If due to product quality problems, we can assist in handling the repair procedures within 7 days after you receive the Product. After 7 days, you should contact the merchant directly for the product repair.
      4. If it is confirmed that any Product has quality problems, missed or delivered incorrectly during delivery, so refund or replacement of the relevant Product is required, you must clearly notify the customer service department supported by photos and descriptions of the damaged Products by email letzshophk-CS@scmp.com within 7 days after delivery.
      5. When the payment is completed, the system will automatically send a confirmation email to you. Therefore, we cannot arrange to cancel or change any confirmed Orders. We recommend you add your favourite products into the shopping cart first, and make the payment only after you confirm the Order.

      1. You may use promotion code (if applicable) while making payment for Products on the Platform. Specific details of the promotion code are listed on the promotion voucher.
      2. Promotion code can only be entered at the check-out page online.
      3. In the event of fraud, an attempt of deception in connection with promotion code or in the event of any illegal activities on the Platform, we are entitled to cancel your Order.
      4. We assume no liability for the loss, theft or ineligibility of promotion code.
      5. In rare cases, we may at our sole discretion discontinue or cancel any promotion code previously issued and will not be responsible for any losses arising therefrom.
      6. Conditions for the redemption of promotion codes:
        1. From time to time we may distribute promotional codes that may be used only on the Platform, which we will send to you either by email:

Promotion codes are valid for the specified period and maybe for certain products stated online, can only be redeemed once and may not be used in conjunction with other promotion.You may redeem only one code per promotional campaign.If you place an Order for a Product less than the value of the promotion code, no refund or residual credit will be granted to you.
        3. The credit of a promotion code does not accrue interest, nor does it have a cash value.
        4. If the credit of the promotion code is insufficient for the Order you wish to place, you may make up the difference using one of our accepted payment methods.

      1. How to become a member and what are the differences between Bestie Club tiers?
        1. Sign up for free and do not need any consumption to become a member by providing all the necessary information required. All personal information collected will be dealt with in accordance with the privacy policy at letzshop.hk which the members acknowledge that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by the same.
        2. There are 4 different Bestic Club tiers: Friend, Buddy, Bestie, Partner!
        3. To become a Friend-level member, you do not need to spend or get any point. To become a Buddy-level member, you will need to spend an accumulated amount of HKD 1,000 within 365 days. To become a Bestie-level member, you will need to spend an accumulated amount of HKD 2,200 within 365 days, To become a Partner-level member, you will need to spend an accumulated amount of HKD 5,000 within 365 days.
        4. For the bestie club membership, you need to accumulate the specified amount within the validity period (within 365 days since upgraded to a new tier) to keep the current tier.
        5. Tier upgrading: A member who registered as Friend-level and spent an accumulated eligible amount of HKD $1,000 within 365 days since the first purchase will be automatically upgraded to Buddy-level. Each eligible purchase has a validity period of 365 days. If the member have spent an accumulated eligible amount of HKD $2,200 within the validiry period, it will be automatically upgraded to Bestie-level. In addition, If the member have spent an accumulated eligible amount of HKD $5,000 within the validiry period, it will be automatically upgraded to Partner-level.
        6. Tier Downgrading: A member who is Partner-level now, but the accumulated amount is less than HKD $5,000 within 365 days after being Partner-level, it will be automatically downgraded to a Bestie-level. However, if the accumulated amount within the next 365 days is also less than $2,200, , it will be automatically downgraded to a Buddy-level. Then, if the accumulated amount within the next 365 days is also less than $1,000, it will be automatically downgraded to a Friend-level.

    1. Points Earning & Usage
      1. Earn 1 point for every $1 spent. Numbers below the decimal point will be roudned up. In addition, you can earn 1 point by logging in (up to 1 time per day, and 10 times per month) and you can earn 10 points by completing the membership profile.
      2. Points will be automatically deposited into the registered VIP account after the delivery is completed. If the order is cancelled, returned or refunded, the points earned for the purchase will be automatically deducted.
      3. The points will take effect on the day they are earned, and can be accumulated to use. The used points will be deducted immediately. The points' validity period is 365 days after they are earned, the points shall be invalid after the expiry date.
