- Unless otherwise required by law or under special circumstances, no return or replacement of Products will be accepted once sent out or delivered.
- We will assist you to claim from the logistics company if the Product is damaged or missed due to the logistics company’s mistake during delivery, but we accept no responsibility or liability for your loss. We will try our best to ensure the integrity and safety of the package, but it is inevitable that the appearance of the Products may be affected by accidents during the shipping.
- If due to product quality problems, we can assist in handling the repair procedures within 7 days after you receive the Product. After 7 days, you should contact the merchant directly for the product repair.
- If it is confirmed that any Product has quality problems, missed or delivered incorrectly during delivery, so refund or replacement of the relevant Product is required, you must clearly notify the customer service department supported by photos and descriptions of the damaged Productsby email letzshophk-CS@scmp.com within 7 days after delivery.
- When the payment is completed, the system will automatically send a confirmation email to you. Therefore, we cannot arrange to cancel or change any confirmed Orders. We recommend you add your favorite products into the shopping cart first, and make the payment only after you confirm the Order.
- In the event that we cancel an Order, we will notify you by e-mail and a refund of any amount that we have deducted from your account will be made to you within thirty(30) days from the date of your Order. You agree that we do not need to make any compensation to you due to the cancellation of your Order.
